Shipping & returns
Written to be accurate rather than optimistic. If a timeframe changes, this page changes with it.
Dispatch and delivery
Dispatched within 2 business days. Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days. Orders are fulfilled from an overseas warehouse, so delivery takes longer than a domestic courier. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.
Free shipping on orders over $100.
Returns
Return within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in the original packaging, for a full refund. Email hello@lgxige.co to start a return and we will send instructions.
Warranty
Every LGXIGE carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and movement faults. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water ingress beyond the 3 ATM rating, or normal strap wear.
