Terms Of Service

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's hosted payment page. Any import duty or tax charged on arrival in your country is your responsibility unless the checkout states otherwise.

Dispatched within 2 business days. Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays are outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Unworn watches in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Full detail is on the shipping and returns page.

Every LGXIGE carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and movement faults. It does not cover accidental damage, water ingress beyond the 3 ATM rating, normal wear, or servicing by a third party.

The LGXIGE name, designs, photography and site content are our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
